Suparna derives her inspiration from many sources and especially from her life experience and love of nature. Art is the synthesis of her inner feelings and it brings her satisfaction to convey these thoughts and emotions through her art works.Pursuit of art is a meditative process for her which always takes her to positive plane of existence enabling her creativity to emote peace and joy to the viewer. Her constant endeavour is to explore new ideas, forms and mediums to increase her artistic vocabulary and thus strive to generate a perspective that is unique. She has attended more than 20 Group shows in Kolkata,Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai and abroad. And had two solo shows in Kolkata.
